Yes. FibreSeek offers free standard shipping on eligible FibreSeeker 3 printer orders to supported destinations in the United States and Canada, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Orders containing a printer and filaments also qualify for free shipping within supported U.S. delivery areas. Separate filament orders are subject to the shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds in our Shipping Policy.

Pre-order dispatch times depend on the fulfillment terms applicable to your order.

For earlier deposit-based FibreSeeker 3 orders, shipment is generally expected within 30 days after the remaining balance payment is received, unless different terms were agreed at purchase.

FibreSeek fulfills orders through warehouses in the United States and Hong Kong, depending on product availability and delivery destination.

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit times vary by destination.

Printers and filaments may arrive in separate shipments.

FibreSeek offers a 14-day voluntary return period for eligible printers, counted from the day after delivery.

For returns based on personal preference, products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned with their original packaging and included accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
